To speed the shipment of your order, after entering information above, this form may be printed and mailed with payment in US $ to: ART OF SO HUMBOLDT, c/o Sherry Kay Kinser, 598 Sequoia Rd, Myers Flat, CA 95554. Upon receipt of order and payment in US $, your order will be shipped by least expensive method. If you wish Art of So Humboldt to use express shipping, please indicate this on your order form and add extra costs to your total. Shipping and handling costs are subject to change without notice. If shipping and handling costs are less than amount you send, we will send reimbursement.
All sales are subject to change in price, prior sale, or withdrawal of art for sale. If you send an order with check for art that has already been sold, we will immediately return your uncashed check.
We are a small, home-grown operation and plan to manage it that way. To keep our art affordable, we do not accept credit card charges (which would take a chunk of the sale price) and we wait for check payments to clear prior to shipping the order (to avoid loss due to bad checks). All sales are "30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed." Because it is difficult to finally judge whether or not a work of art will meet your expectations just from a photograph on the Internet, we understand that occasionally a customer will not wish to keep a piece of art they receive. In all shipments, we include a return shipping label and return shipping instructions. The cost of packing and return shipment fees are the responsibility of the customer. Upon the receipt of returned, undamaged art, Sherry will send you a refund check.
