Hall Rental Information and Contract

Fees

  • $175.00 for 24 hours
  • $100.00 for 12 hours
  •  $20.00 per hour
  •   $10.00 per classroom hour
  • $200.00 Cleaning and Key Deposit

Insurance

A $500,000 certificate of insurance is required, naming the Garberville Veterans' Association and the County of Humboldt as additionally insured. This is usually done by obtainng a 'rider' on someone's homeowner policy. (the cost is usually around $30)

Conditions

Full payment is required in advance to reserve the hall. Arrangements for the transfer of keys should be made with the hall manager. Please telephone 923.2638 and leave a message.

The hallways, bathrooms, kitchen, and the hall itself must be left clean at the end of the rental period.

Before the building is vacated, ALL garbage MUST be put in plastic bags AND placed in trash cans (located in the back alley).

Failure to leave the hall in good condition will result in the fortifeiture of all or part of the cleaning deposit.

Cancelation with more than 7 days notice will recieve a 100% refund.

The Fire Marshall has determined that no more than two hundred (200) people may be permitted in the building at any one time.
